There are those days, nights, weeks and then somehow they get balanced with the walk in the park, the walk along the river and the walk around the pieced together monastery on the hill. If things get even to awful for the balm of these to soothe take to the Bolt to Baltimore and we'll ply you all with Fall foliage, crab-cakes, some roller derby and maybe even a jump in a pile of leaves!
