As Aunt Jeni herself is known to say, neither earthquake nor canceled flights nor hurricanes could keep her away from a whirlwind visit to New York City! This time she brought her sweet friend Melissa all the way from Illinois to see THE BALLAD OF RUSTY AND ROY. And Huck. I have a feeling Aunt Jeni also came to see her nephew. We had a wonderful time together, as always, and enjoyed playing tour guides to Melissa on her first ever trip to New York. As you can see from the pictures we hit Central Park, Times Square, the Staten Island Ferry and Statue of Liberty, Ground Zero, the play itself, dinner in Little Italy (which ended with a sleeping Huck), and lots of time cuddling. All in one day. Life is always more delightful when Aunt Jeni comes to town.

A dose of Aunt Jeni is good for what ails ya, I tell ya!!! What a wonderful time you all clearly had!!
SO much fun! I am still blushing over the kiss Huck gave me on my departure. That kid knows how to make his Aunt feel special and want to return. Thanks for the wonderful time, Schremmers! You made me and Melissa huge Rusty and Roy/NYC/Schremmer fans! xoxo
